Allen joined our organization in 2004 and has held a myriad of positions throughout his career.

With experience spanning Sales, Technical, Product Management, and Marketing, he brings almost 20 years of building products.

Currently as the Sr. Sales Director - Elevate - West he manages the Midwest, North, Southwest, and West Regions. Using a comprehensive approach to sales through managing independent rep firms, driving specifications with Architects and Consultant, while maintaining contractor / Distributor relationships is at its core to success. Allen attended the University of Minnesota and has a degree in Architecture.
