Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Experience
Jennifer F. Hemgesberg is the Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Experience. She joined the company in 2022 and comes with nearly 30 years of professional experience.
Jennifer is responsible for enhancing our integrated supply chain, with a focus on end-to-end optimization and promoting collaborative efforts across Elevate. She is responsible for demand and supply chain planning, customer service, logistics and distribution and will lead Elevate’s Customer Experience (CX) program, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer worked at Accenture and Dow Chemical, holding roles of increasing responsibility in end-to-end global supply chain, business processes, customer centered programs, quality, project & program management, mergers and acquisition integration, operating discipline management systems, and information systems.
Jennifer graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree and MBA. She is ASCM CSCP Certified, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader, and completed the Michigan State University Value Chain Certification Program.
