Sandi Pack

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Sandi Pack is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She has practiced law for more than 23 years and joined the company as senior legal counsel in 2016.

Prior to this role, Sandi served as the head of litigation for Caterpillar Financial Services and practiced as a product liability defense litigator at the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz. In private practice, she represented multiple manufacturers as a product liability attorney in trials, mediations, and an appellate action, which resulted in the formal adoption of the economic loss doctrine in Tennessee.

Sandi obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law with cum laude honors. In addition to her J.D., she received a Master of Science in Mass Communications and Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television with a minor in political science,graduating magna cum laude from Arkansas State University.

She holds a Rule 31 Mediator certification from Lipscomb University Institute for Conflict Management and is a certified Six-Sigma Green Belt.
