Keri Cooper

Vice President, Human Resources

Keri Cooper was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in September 2023. As the leader of the People & Culture function, she is responsible for HR practices and strategies, including talent acquisition, teammate engagement and experience, learning and development, people operations, performance management and compensation with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Keri most recently served as the Director, Logistics and Distribution. Leading a team of nearly 90 people, she worked cross-functionally to ensure safe, efficient distribution center and logistics operations, delivering high levels of order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Keri joined the company 15 years ago, taking on roles of increasing responsibility, initially as a Sr. Logistics Analyst and Transportation Manager, and then as the leader of the Distribution and Logistics teams. She has worked in logistics for more than 20 years, beginning with Allyn International, providing logistics solutions for GE Energy. She also worked at C.H. Robinson and Emery Waterhouse. As a people-oriented leader, Keri has always valued building relationships and developing strong teams.

Keri is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Logistics and also serves as a Co-Chair of HBE’s Women’s Employee Resource Group - BE.NOW.
