Carl De Leon

Senior Vice President of Technology

Carl De Leon is the Senior Vice President of Technology. He has extensive executive experience in the building products and manufacturing industries. 

Prior to this role, Carl most recently served as Vice President of International Business at Xypex Chemical Corporation, where he was responsible for profitability, strategy definition, and implementation, as well as management oversight of all commercial divisions and manufacturing sites in the EMEA, APAC, and Latin America regions. Before that, Carl spent several years at Sika as Vice President of Roofing and Flooring, and ultimately as North American Head of R&D for the thermoplastics businesses.

A national of the United Kingdom, Jamaica, and Canada, Carl studied in Canada, obtaining multiple degrees from McMaster University. He was the first to graduate from McMaster with multiple degrees from different faculties completed concurrently. He conducted graduate research in chemical engineering, focusing on polymer processing and the aging effects of construction materials.
