RubberCover EPDM is a roofing system for small residential flat roofs up to 150 square meters. The membrane is available in two thicknesses: 1 mm and 1.5 mm.
Based on an EPDM synthetic rubber membrane, it is compatible with a wide range of substrates, making it perfect for renovations as well as new build projects.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT MEMBRANE THICKNESS
RubberCover EPDM is a single-ply membrane. The membrane thickness is often dictated by local building codes and type of application. In most cases, a 1.1 mm thick membrane is sufficient. However, for green, solar or blue roofs, we recommend using a 1.5 mm thick membrane. Refer to the table below for guidance:

RubberCover EPDM offers waterproofing for small residential roofs. It also allows homeowners to make the most of their roof, as it's fully compatible with solar, green and blue roofs (for these applications, we recommend using a membrane thickness of 1.5 mm).
Easy installation
RubberCover EPDM is lightweight, flexible, easy to work with and allows a short installation time. It comes in large sheets which can cover most residential roofs in one piece without any field seaming. The rolls are easy to handle and store and there’s no need for special tools. Provided the structure is sound, RubberCover EPDM can be used on virtually any new or existing flat roof.
Flame-free
No flame is needed to install the RubberCover EPDM system. The membrane is simply adhered to the substrate using a contact adhesive. This cold application process thoroughly minimizes the risk of fire accidents.
