The aging built-up roofing system on this neighborhood retail center was recovered with a combination of fully adhered and mechanically attached Elevate UltraPly TPO Platinum roofing system. Comprised of a base layer of 1-inch ISO 95+ GL polyiso insulation and a top layer of _-inch ISOGARD HD cover board beneath the 80-mil TPO membrane, the highly reflective roofing system was selected specifically to provide a durable, energy efficient foundation for the buildings new rooftop ballasted PV system. With nearly 1,500 panels, the 350 kW system will be among the five largest rooftop solar systems in Florida.The roofing system was installed by Superior Commercial Roofing, Inc.and is protected by a 20-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty.
