Sunland Distribution Greenville, South Carolina Founded in 1982, Sunland Distribution is one of the largest third-party logistics management companies in the Southeast. When its existing 30-year-old warehouse roof began deteriorating due to normal wear and old age, it was replaced with a Elevate 45-mil fully-adhered UltraPly TPO roofing system over Elevate ISOGARD HD Cover Board. The most challenging part of the 23,000 square-foot job was installing the new roof around and under the duct work. Since some of the duct pieces weighed approximately 800 pounds, they needed to be lifted with hydraulic jacks in order to install the roof beneath them. The roof is protected by a 15-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty.
