Jack London Square Building F1 Oakland, California 35,000 square feet of Elevate UNA-CLAD UC-14 .032” aluminum Snap-Lock Standing Seam roofing panels was installed onto the Jack London Square Building F1. The panels were outfitted with a custom medium grey Kynar® 500 finish. The UC-4 metal roof system accommodates very long panels and allows freedom of movement. The Jack London Square Building F1 has a total of 194,000 square feet of various retail and office space. On floors 1 and 2 is the Jack London Market, which will contain the largest everyday fresh market on the West coast, various restaurants and an artisan food hall, approximately 40 vendors in all. On floors 3 through 6 is 100,000 square feet of Class A office space.
