La Vista Conference Center

La Vista Conference Center Omaha, Nebraska The La Vista Conference Center boasts 60,000 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom and additional breakout meeting spaces. The Conference Center is flanked with a 257-room Embassy Suites and a 246-room Courtyard Marriot. This construction features multiple roofing systems, ranging from Elevate APP Modified Bitumen for the flat roofs to Metal Roofing Systems and wall panels. About 4,000 square feet of Elevates UNA-CLAD UC-7 Snap-On Panel roofing system were installed on the Embassy Suites and Conference Center. 10,500 square feet of HR Ultra Omega wall panels were also installed. Elevates UC-6 Double-Lock Standing Seam system was installed on the radius portion, and UC-7 Snap-On panel system was used on the rest for a total of 36,000 square feet. On the back of the building, 2,400 square feet of UC-500 Flush Soffit wall panels were installed onto the screen walls. Hemlock Green was the finish on all roofing panels, while the HR Omega Wall Panel had a Stone White finish and the UC-500 Flush Soffit wall panels had an Almond finish.
