Elevate is pleased to announce that GacoPatch Silicone Roof Patch is now approved for non-warranted repairs to Elevate RubberGard™ EPDM, APP, and UltraPly™ TPO roof systems.  Our GacoPatch product may be used to repair cuts, punctures, and other isolated instances of membrane damage, and will not void existing Elevate warranty coverage. GacoPatch is not approved for use on new Elevate installations, and is not approved for use on SBS systems. Building owners should continue to report leaks directly to Elevate, as required by the Elevate Red Shield Warranty.

Please refer to the Elevate EPDM, APP, or TPO Application Guide for instructions on proper membrane preparation.  For UltraPly TPO membranes installed less than two years, Elevate Single-Ply QuickPrime™ Primer or Single-Ply LVOC Primer is recommended prior to making repairs with GacoPatch.

GacoPatch is a flashing grade, standalone silicone roof patch designed to be installed in a single application without reinforcement.  Always follow Gaco’s installation instructions as detailed in Gaco technical literature. For more information on GacoPatch, please visit: Gaco.com.
